Blessed with a wonderful family, she cherishes time with her 2 married sons and 3 grandchildren at their Minnesota cabin. Char is part of a philanthropic women's group in her spare time. She also enjoys exploring Iowa with her daughter-in-law, and loves swimming, biking, and cheering for the Indiana Fever!

Jim brings 9 years of dedicated experience to American Family Insurance. He shares a joyful life with his lovely wife, Alison, their five-year-old son, Beric, and three-year-old daughter, Teddi. Their family is completed by their playful puppy, Jojo. In his leisure time, Jim enjoys relaxing at the lake, whether on the boat or the beach. He is an avid fan of the Red Sox and the Hawkeyes.

Josh joined American Family in 2019. He is engaged to Brook, and together they share a loving family with his son Parker (10), soon-to-be stepdaughter Evie (6), and their dog Luca.
